  8. Institutional investors favor OTC BTC market

    1. In its recent analysis published Dec. 17, research firm Diar has found that institutional investors have shifted towards higher liquidity OTC Bitcoin markets. Grayscale reportedly registered $216 million in net inflows into its Bitcoin Investment Trust in the first three quarters of 2018, giving Grayscale custody of over one percent of Bitcoin’s circulating supply. As previously reported, GBTC is now holding over 203,000 BTC.
